O2h accords highest priority to the safety of the team and exhaustive internal and external training courses and practices/drills are put in place to ensure safety. The safety team, comprising of all the senior scientific members of the company, meets monthly and meticulously logs and follows through issues of safety to their completion. Every project undergoes a rigorous analysis of the science to ensure all possible safety measures are undertaken and understood before a project is started.
