IP web camera: With so many of our clients based in Europe and the US we, and our clients, feel that operational transparency is very important. We have granted unprecedented client access to our research facility, and have setup 3 internet cameras and a website allowing clients to view their work in progress in their laboratories, in what we believe to be the worlds first in the sector. The pan and zoom functions also allow the user to remotely change the viewing position. The IP cameras assist in deepening trust between the two parties.

SKYPE video and voice conferencing: We have direct project team leader access via SKYPE video and voice conferencing. We feel we have set new standards in communication and transparency. Every scientist is equipped with a wireless broadband equipped laptop (secured at the lab every night) for maximum flexibility and communication within the lab.

Client Intranet: We securely post our two-weekly and weekly milestone and activity charts to our intranet site. We have made it very easy to track project performance. It is also possible to access the IP camera from this secure intranet site.
